Client portal for clinics and medical practices

Patients call to confirm an appointment, ask for an invoice again or find out which documents to bring — back-and-forth that a well-fenced online space absorbs. The portal covers the administrative side of the patient journey; it is neither a medical record nor a care-messaging channel.

In your day-to-day

How it works

  1. 1

Plugged into your tools, not a second entry

The portal reads live from your project-management tool, your CRM, your invoicing. Your team works as before; the client sees their slice, always current.

  2. 2

    Approval built in

The client approves deliverables directly in the portal — an entire email thread disappears per revision round. Every approval is dated and traced.

  3. 3

    Access walled by construction

Each client account reaches only its own projects and documents — never a neighbour’s. Minimal rights, every view logged: compliant by design, not by patch.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a shared medical record?+

No, and it must not become one: the scope is administrative — appointments, accounting documents, forms, practical instructions. Anything belonging to the medical record stays in your practice software and the systems designed for it.

What guarantees on hosting and access?+

Each patient reaches only their own information, every view is logged, and as soon as health data is involved, hosting relies on a certified health-data provider. The setup is documented for your GDPR register.

Will my clients actually use it?+

Yes — if the portal answers the question they already ask by email. That is why we start with the one screen that would delete the most emails this month, put it in a few clients’ hands, and only widen on observed usage.

How is this different from giving clients access to my project tool?+

Your internal tool shows everything: internal notes, margins, other clients. The portal exposes a chosen slice, mostly read-only, dressed for someone who is not your employee. It is the difference between opening your office and opening a waiting room.
