Data controller

tech-bharat.com is published by Tech-Bharat. For any question about your personal data: admin@tech-bharat.com.

Data we collect

Contact form: name, work email and message — used only to reply to you. Delivery goes through the FormSubmit provider.

Resource forms (self-assessment grid): work email, optional first and last name, the page the request came from, plus the exact wording and timestamp of your consent. Your IP address is never stored in clear text: only an irreversible fingerprint is kept, for abuse prevention.

Conversational assistant: the content of the exchange, and your email if you choose to leave it to be contacted back.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your contact and diagnostic requests: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.

Sending you the requested resource and, if you ticked the consent box, advice on AI automation: consent, withdrawable at any time by email or via the unsubscribe link.

Retention

Prospecting data is kept for at most three years after your last contact with Tech-Bharat, then deleted.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible only to authorised Tech-Bharat staff and stored on dedicated infrastructure (DigitalOcean), with restricted database access and encryption in transit.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to admin@tech-bharat.com: requests are handled within one month at most.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr/en).

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. A single flag is saved in your browser’s local storage to remember access to the resource — it enables no tracking.
