Studio notes — automate the rhythm, not the judgment
This week, again, no new client commits landed — so the studio looks at two automations already running in production from a different angle: not whether they classify or remind correctly, but how often they act on their own, and where that rhythm has to stop for a human call. At a courier company, background email classification that never re-decides on demand; at a training organization, an automatic reminder that keeps an audit moving without ever grading it.
