Who is behind it
Clément Lacaille is a French engineer trained at École 42 (Paris). After a decade building software for startups and enterprises across Europe, India, the United States and South Africa, he founded Tech-Bharat with a simple observation: the hard part of business AI is not the model, it is everything around it — integration, supervision, measurement.
Today he installs AI agents inside SMEs’ existing systems — invoice chasing, customer support, regulatory watch, reporting — and supervises them continuously, with one KPI reviewed every month. No rebuild, no migration, and the client owns all the code.

What “operating agents” means
