A training management platform is what most CFA, school and Qualiopi-certified center owners now search for first, and the market is full of ready-made answers: electronic attendance sheets with e-signature, automatic BPF export, an AI assistant that drafts audit evidence and action plans. For a single-site organization running one certification framework, that coverage is genuinely good — the open question is different: at what point does stacking one more per-module subscription cost more, in money and in rework, than building the specific piece a generic tool cannot cover?

Where the off-the-shelf platform stops holding

The gap shows up with multi-site groups juggling several funders and certification frameworks at once, or with a center that needs to import data from an existing system — a legacy spreadsheet, a learning platform already in use — instead of re-entering it by hand. It shows up again when what learners and funders expect goes beyond a generic BPF export: a per-learner AI-generated report, or role-based access (SSO, magic links) shared across teaching staff, administration and a client-facing portal.
